SCMHA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON Wed APRIL 17TH 7:00 PM 2024 ANY NOTICE OF MOTION TO CHANGE THE CURRENT CONSTITUTION MUST BE SUBMITTED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE AGM ON A NOTICE OF MOTION TO CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION. THE FOLLOWING BOARD OF DIRECTORS POSITIONS ARE UP FOR ELECTION:

Junior Female Director: Voted on by the Association Members at the AGM

Treasuer: Voted on by Current Board members at the AGM

Director of Risk Management Director: Voted on by Current Board of Director at the AGM.

Member at Large: Voted on by Current Board at the AGM

Legionnaire/Wildcat Liason-Appointed by current Board at AGM

U9 Director: Voted by the Association members at the AGM

U13 Director: Voted on by Association Members at the AGM

U18 Director Voted on by Association Members at the AGM

ANY OTHER POSITION THAT IS OPEN PRIOR TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

ANY PERSON WISHING TO RUN FOR A POSITION MAY SEND AN EMAIL TO SCMHA 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE AGM ADVISING OF YOUR INTENT.
