SCMHA Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday April 16th 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held at the Innovationplex  Second floor Conference room. 

The following positions are up for Election for the 2025/2026 Season

Vice President-

Referee in chief-Voted on by current Board of Directors 

Equipment Manager-Voted on by current Board of Directors at the AGM

U7 Division Head

U11 Division Head

U15 Division Head. 

Any Notice of Motion to change the SCMHA Constitution must be made in writing 30 days prior to the AGM. Notice of Motion form can be found on the SCMHA website under forms. 

If you wish to apply for any board positions they must be made in writing 15 days prior to the AGM. Please send an email stating your intent to apply for a open position to Email: scminorhockey@sasktel.net
